General terms and conditions


The contractual activity of airportzurich.taxi includes the commercial passenger transport after the order is placed by the customer. The contractual services include the safe transport of the agreed number of persons with their luggage on the agreed pick-up date to the agreed destination. Other services such as child seats (up to 4 years), excess baggage, bulky baggage and the transport of animals are to be agreed separately and are to be requested when booking.

Booking procedure

A booking can be made by telephone on +41 (0)43 556 94 94 or +41 (0)76 476 35 35 or ONLINE at least 5 hours before PICK-UP. Your booking will be confirmed as soon as possible after receipt of your order. By placing an order, the customer accepts our general terms and conditions. The contract of carriage is only valid if the booking is confirmed by airportzurich.taxi. Telephone bookings are confirmed by SMS. The customer is obliged to check the correctness of the information. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the information.


The customer must expect deviations of +/- 10 minutes from the agreed pick-up time and must be reachable by telephone at least 30 minutes in advance. If the customer cannot be found at the confirmed pick-up address, the entitlement to transportation expires after 15 minutes waiting time. In this case, the confirmed all-inclusive price must be paid in full. In the unlikely event that airportzurich.taxi is unable to meet the pick-up time for trips to/from the airport due to events for which airportzurich.taxi is responsible, the customer has the option of ordering a replacement after consultation and agreement with airportzurich.taxi. The additional costs incurred by the customer will then be refunded or credited by airportzurich.taxi.

Pick-up at the airport

As a rule, passengers are received with an individualized name tag before leaving (customs) in the arrival area of the specified flight. Passengers who do not arrive at the agreed meeting point will be contacted by telephone by the chauffeur.

If the passenger does not report or cannot be reached, so that no new meeting point can be agreed upon, the claim to the transfer comes to mind.


No liability is assumed for delays due to force majeure (accident, breakdown, traffic jams). We are only liable for material damage if the damage is due to gross negligence or intent. airportzurich.taxi is not liable for any damage to luggage or its contents.


The carriage of excess or bulky baggage, e.g. bicycles, surfboards, skis, diving equipment is subject to registration and can only be carried free of charge if space is available and in secure packaging.

Child seat, transport of animals

MaxiCosi and booster seats for children are provided free of charge by airportzurich.taxi. For the transport of animals, as far as space is available and agreed, the passenger is obliged to provide airportzurich.taxi with the necessary, legally prescribed means of transport (e.g. animal box).


Cancellation and rebooking

A cancellation or rebooking must be made in writing (e-mail). A rebooking is only valid if confirmed by airportzurich.taxi. The passenger can cancel his booking up to 24 hours before pick-up time free of charge. For cancellations within 24 hours before pick-up time, airportzurich.taxi charges the passenger a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed fixed price.

Prices and surcharges

The flat rates calculated and confirmed by airportzurich.taxi apply. The fare is specified in the written booking confirmation. For transports from the 5th person up to 8 persons a surcharge of 15 CHF. Charged.


The flat rate must be paid directly to the chauffeur at the end of the journey. Payment is usually made in cash or by card (EC, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Amex). In the case of invoice customers, an additional charge of CHF 5. Administration costs will be charged. The invoice must be paid 10 days after receipt.

Data protection

airportzurich.taxi stores and uses personal data only for the processing and completion of the customer order. Personal customer data and information will never be passed on to third parties. Click here for more information.
